Vivek is an established leader in sales, business strategy, and growth, having worked with Crisil, Cairn, Reliance, and Baker Hughes. His passion for new ventures that mainstream and simplify sustainable living has led him to found Olive Gaea. Leveraging skills in business transformation and strategy development, he strives to help the business community develop a culture of climate resilience and credible carbon offsetting. He is particularly keen on building trustful and lasting partnerships, utilizing the track record of successful due diligence, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
Chief of Strategy
A chemical engineer by education, Nimish is a serial entrepreneur, founder & CEO of four D2C brands (Engrave, Housenama, Hyjiva, Solvblem). Passionate about product management, product design, brand-building, online marketing, and e-Commerce, Nimish built his 18+ year long career in the Digital/Internet Industry. He brings to Olive Gaea a remarkable experience being a member of pioneering Internet-driven businesses including Logix Microsystems and BharatMatrimony, both of which are public.
Chief Sustainability Evangelist
Apurva is the mind behind Olive Gaea’s commitment to natural climate solutions and meaningful community benefits. As a founder of Sankalp Taru, a tech-driven afforestation initiative, Apurva has contributed to planting and ensuring the survival of over 1,500,000 trees, while benefiting 2,500 farmers across India. This allowed him to develop an inclusive mindset and scaling experience through large corporate projects. His expertise in agroforestry, ecosystem restoration, and regenerative farming ensures that all Olive Gaea projects bring real benefits for both people and nature.
Head of Sustainability
Jessica Scopacasa is a communication and sustainability expert based in Dubai. Holding three Master's degrees, in Strategic Public Relations, International Affairs & Human Rights Tutelage, and Intelligence, Security, and Crisis Areas, she is also certified in Sustainable Business Strategy from the Harvard Business School Online, Corporate Innovation & Sustainability Strategy from the Harvard Extension School, as well as Reputation Management and Crisis Communication from the PRSA.
Head- Institutional Sales, MENATI
Leveraging an extensive experience in B2B, travel technology, payments, loyalty, and e-commerce, Kavya Johnson has been leading sales, partnerships, and strategy across the Middle East and North Africa for over 12 years. Listening to customers and putting their needs first are the keys to her success, as she designs the right action plan to meet each client's unique needs with tailored products and solutions. Having developed strong client relationships that generate repeat business and long-term relationships both locally and internationally, at Olive Gaea Kavya is driven to transform organizations into Climate Action leaders. A true team player and passionate mentor at work, in her free time she turns into the jovial mother of one as well as a master event organizer who will attempt stand-up comedy on anyone who is willing to listen.
